How to install
- Download the appTap “Download for Android” on this page. The file is called upkiva-customer-latest.apk.
- Open the fileOpen it from your browser’s download bar or from the Downloads folder.
- Allow the installIf Android asks, turn on “Install unknown apps” for your browser (Chrome, for example), then go back.
- Tap InstallWait a few seconds, then tap Open.
- Choose language and sign inPick your language and enter the mobile number registered with your service provider. We send you an OTP by SMS.
- Allow notificationsSo we can tell you when the technician is on the way, send your OTPs and remind you of AMC visits. Location is asked only when you book at a new address.
Needs Android 8 or newer. Later updates arrive inside the app, so you never need to download it again.
